Subject of the Conditions of Participation and Organizer
(1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the lottery and the necessary transfer of rights. The respective lottery is described and implemented as part of the respective lottery campaign on Luamaya's Facebook and Instagram page.

(2) The organizer of the competition is Luamaya.

(3) By participating in the respective competition, these conditions of participation are accepted.

(4) The competition is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram, it is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook or Instagram.

2. Participation
(1) All persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Europe are eligible to participate. Participation with fake identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.

(2) Eligible Participants may enter the Contest by following the instructions outlined in the Publication.

(3) Participation is possible within the period published in the notification.

3. Winnings and Winning Notification
(1) We will raffle the prizes among all eligible participants.

(2) Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants within 2 weeks. The winners will be notified via Instagram/Facebook comment function or in a separate post and asked to contact us via direct message or email, in which the personal data is correctly and truthfully transmitted. This information will be used to send the prize.

(3) If we do not receive an e-mail from a winner within the specified period, the right to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw.

(4) Only one prize per participant is possible.

(5) The prize is neither transferable nor can the prize be exchanged for cash or paid out.

(6) If circumstances occur for which we are not responsible, the respective winner accepts an appropriate replacement prize.

(7) Prizes will be mailed to the winner at the address provided. When the prize is handed over to a transport person, the risk passes to the winner. We are not responsible for shipping damage.

4 Liability and Indemnification
(1) If the participant uploads photos, the participant guarantees that he will not send any content whose provision, publication or use violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

(2) The participant releases us from all third-party claims of any kind that result from the illegality of the photos used by the participant. The obligation to indemnify also includes the obligation to fully indemnify the organizer from legal defense costs (e.g. court and attorney's fees).

(3) By participating in the competition, the participant releases Facebook from any liability.

5. Exclusion
(1) A breach of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides incorrect information or if photos or other content (e.g. comments) used violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that can be viewed as glorifying violence, insulting, harassing, demeaning or otherwise contrary to decency.

(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently withdrawn.

6. Early Termination and Amendments
We reserve the right to terminate the lottery prematurely at any time, even without notice, in whole or in part, or to change it in its course if this is due to technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation or software/hardware errors) or legal reasons reasons (e.g. ban by Facebook) it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the lottery.

7. Privacy
We are responsible for collecting, processing and using the participants' personal data if we process it ourselves. We will only use the participant's personal data and other personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law.

8. Final Provisions
(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) German law applies. A legal way to check the drawing is excluded.
