LUAMAYA is a jewelry company based in Mainz. Founded in 2016, the start-up has developed into a successful e-commerce company with more than 130 employees. TEAM MARKETING

We combine a passion for jewelry with strategic skill. From brand building to online presence to customer retention, we all share one goal: to market great jewelry to our customers.

TEAM SALES

In addition to the online store, we also want to offer our customers a live shopping experience and the opportunity to try on and buy our jewelry on site. To achieve this goal, we are constantly expanding our store locations and building collaborations with exclusive retailers.

TEAM PURCHASING

Our purchasing team forms the basis for the procurement of high-quality jewelry. From trend research, to exchanges with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams, to placing orders. Variety is the order of the day here.

TEAM DESIGN

Our well-coordinated team is responsible for the visual appearance of the brand. In-house productions of photography, videography as well as the creation of print materials are our areas of expertise.

TEAM HR & LEGAL

Employee interests are our top priority. The HR department is responsible for the recruitment, personnel support and further development of our employees. Their well-being is always our top priority. The Legal department handles all legal matters of the company and is available for consultations.
